Wolves vs. Brighton: Premier League Matchday 2 Odds & Picks (2023)

The Premier League action resumes Friday afternoon as Nottingham Forest gears up to host Sheffield United at The City Ground. Premier League Matchday Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wolves vs. Brighton

Wolves vs. Brighton

Wolves dropped a tough 1-0 road match to Manchester United last weekend. They had a ton of scoring opportunities, but simply couldn’t find the back of the net. As for Brighton, they cruised to a 4-1 home victory over Luton Town in the 2023-2024 opener. This match is set for 10:00 a.m. ET on Saturday from Molineux Stadium in Wolverhampton. 

There’s certainly a concern about where the scoring will come from for Wolves this season. However, they played well above expectations against a sluggish Man Utd. squad last week. With them returning home and Gary O’Neil having a full week with his club, I think they’ll put out a much more polished product. 

As for the Seagulls, they’re certainly trending in the right direction as an organization and they’ve used their offense to propel them. They netted 72 goals last year (4th) and are already off to a hot start in the new campaign. I’m expecting at least one tally from Roberto De Zerbi’s men.
