Santi Giménez’s career continues to improve year after year and has really taken off since the Mexican striker emigrated to the old continent. After winning the Liga MX with Cruz Azul, the 22-year-old moved to the Netherlands where he ended his debut season as Feyenoord’s top scorer. He is currently joint top scorer in the Eredivisie with five goals in three games (the same as Alkmaar’s Vangelis Pavlidis) – exceptional numbers for a young player who hopes to make his mark at the best clubs in European football.
